House was excellent and great location!
Only one thing I would of changed. I would NOT have gotten insurance.
In the contract I was to either get insurance or have a $3,000 deposit or get approximately $200. insurance.
I got insurance and then was told oh that should not have been on contract. I was very disappointed !

We come once a year to go winetasting in Paso, and just enjoy being by the sea. We have rented many houses through the years. Love this home, everything was great. Great view, great location.
The only negative, (which is hardly anything) would be to have a cupboard in the downstairs bedroom, for a tv or to hang clothes. Otherwise, perfect.

We have visited Cambria for the past 18 years, and this is the third time we have stayed at this property. It has a beautiful location and great access to the beach and Fiscalini Ranch. The house is comfortable, clean, and has everything we need. The house needs maintenance: the window in the bathroom needs to be fixed, new carpeting, and new mattresses on the second floor.

Overall we loved the house. Many interesting architectural details and lots of windows overlooking the ocean. However, it needs some maintenance. Front door lock was so corroded we couldn’t get it to work. Fortunately, the key also fit a side door so we could get in. We bought some WD40 and fixed the problem, but why was it allowed to get that bad? House was clean but bathroom rugs had holes, vents are rusted and one window had a sign ‘don’t open, needs to be fixed’ that had been there a long time. Elevator was great for getting groceries and suitcases to upper floors, beds were comfortable. Hope it gets some attention, it really is a nice house.

This was our first time staying in Cambria. The Elevation property is a 1/2 block from the ocean. Great views from the 2nd and 3rd floors. Well equipped with everything we needed. Excellent hiking trails just steps away.

The 6 adults who rode motorcycles up to Cambria from So Cal were all impressed by this incredible house! It was perfect for each couple to each have private rooms and bathrooms. The top floor was a great gathering spot for meals and relaxing with the beautiful ocean view! We want to go back!

All wix of us had a wonderful 2 night stay in Cambria. Very close of the ocean with a beautiful view. The property itself could be upgraded a little with some new carpet. The existing carpet is dated and stained. The elevator worked perfectly for my elderly aunts who are incapable of using the stairs. Instructions were very clear for use of the home.

The family actually rented 2 properties so we could have a family trunion. This one was chosen because the oldest members of the family have mobility issues. The elevator solved that ! EVERYONE was happy with the facility. It was well equipped (only one bathroom had shampoo but...) The only disadvantage was the lack of a bathroom on the main living floor which meant that our challenged folks had to ride the elevator in able to use the facilities. The beds were comy and the bedrooms quiet and a good size. The location is terrific - very close to the ocean and a treetop view of the surf from the living room.

Elevation is the best vacation rental we've ever stayed at and Breen Vacation Station remains the best at offering quality vacation rentals.
The views were awesome, The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the WiFi was good, the TVs were great and the living room was very comfortable. The star of the show was the dependable elevator that worked flawlessly. The garage was a bit of a tight squeeze for our RAV4, but it did fit.

Arriving here late on a Friday felt like getting to an old friends' house you'd been to a thousand times. The house was easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood, overlooking the ocean (a 1 minute walk), and was perfectly clean. This is a great base camp for exploring the area and our kids loved every minute of it!

The location was great. Kitchen well apppinted. Plenty of towels. NO open windows or fans in house. Shower head in bathroom less then 5ft.high. Deck barely fits four people. Windows were in need of cleaning. No screens on doors. No ceiling fans. Poor ventilation.

We have stayed here twice and have loved it every time. This time, we brought the grandkids, so needless to say, the elevator was a HUGE hit. Location is great with wonderful views of the ocean. We will be back for more. Thanks Breen. You rock.

This was our second stay at this home and we loved it. In spite of the chilly weather this year, we were more than happy to be out of the heat at home. The home was close to the beach and a great place to watch the fireworks from inside the home. Even better to watch them from the deck outside. The home is located just a couple of minutes (by car), to Moonstone Beach. and just a few more minutes away from town. The elevator was a blessing for me with my bad back. I'm glad I didn't have to walk up and down the stairs from one floor to the next. The office staff was very polite and friendly. I want to thank Haleigh for all the help she provided. The home was very clean and comfortable throughout. The only let down was, we had to leave to come home again. We hope to stay there again if it's available and we are able to come there. Anyway, thanks for everything.

We had a wonderful time at this rental! Great location and beautiful view. The only issue we had was the lock on the door knob was really tricky and we kept getting locked out. Use the dead bolt instead and you'll be good to go!

My sister's and brother's and I thoroughly enjoyed the property. Had a great view and stocked well with general kitchen supplies. Close to ocean walks and wine tasting. The most staff was very friendly and pleasant. Would definitely rent this property again.

The power went out for several hours one night and there were enough batteries around to place in the candles they supply. We would like to stay there again. Nice lay out for 3 adult couples. Perfect location. Near the beach and park for our grandsons and quick drive to town

Breen did not give us a heads up that a repair guy was coming until the last minute and I didnt have service where we were visiting friends for the day. I didn’t get the message until after the fact. Needless to say our adult kids came home thinking we had an intruder. Also found out dishwasher was not draining so we washed dishes in dirty water TWICE! That was very disappointing.
Also found dirty sheets on 1 bed. Washer was not the best working machine but we made due and did notify Breen of all this.
All that was a bummer but the house fit our needs.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location of this rental.Shamel park is walkable and has a nice beach and we loved our morning walks in the preserve just down the road, beautiful homes, woods and cliffs and all kinds of wildlife all in one walk. The description said their was an extra bed and their wasn't. This was disappointing and a couple of us had to double up, The management said they would correct the listing description. We enjoyed local restaurants like Linns, Bonnis and Red Moose cookies when we were lucky. The bedding (blankets, pillows) were a bit tired and could be replaced in our opinion. We cooked in and the kitchen was great, towels were good. Nice to have an elevator for check-in and out to haul things up to the top level. We would definitely consider coming again.

Rented this home for my 60th birthday get away, we got use to the 6 small flights of stairs but that did not detour us from having a wonderful time. This home has beautiful views, it's in a wonderful location.
The only down side would be the parking if you have more then two cars, and we had to prewash all dishes and utensils we used. But over all I would rent this property again.

This home is located in a wonderful neighborhood, literally just a few steps from the ocean. The design of the home provides fabulous ocean views even though there are houses between it and the water. We were vary happy with our stay here and highly recommend it to others.

Not much more to say, but everyone had a great time and we all hated to go home. Easy access to the park or walking trails. Breen Realty personnel were very friendly and professional. You can't go wrong!

We arrived only find that the electrical was not functioning in the master bedroom. This was also where the location of the wifi modem and landline was located so we were without internet. Called immediately to advise the mgmt co but they had already departed. They called the next day and said they would fix it. Didn't get fixed until the third day of our visit. Mgmt co said they would get us a partial rebate but never got to us with a rebate or a courtesy call to tell us they were not going to do so. Would not go through them again.

You indicated when we spoke during our stay, that it you don't hear about problems, you can't do anything about them. Therefore,

The property was great for our group, loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The windows need to be replaced as the seals are broken and the windows are cloudy (which makes it harder to see the amazing ocean views)!

Fabulous location, kitchen well stocked, beds very comfortable and an abundance of towels. The windows are in need of a good cleaning so that the view may be enjoyed. All in all, super comfortable and easy living while in this lovely home.

Great time at this location. Elevator allowed for my 89 yr old mom to be able to have a visit to the coast and sit and see the ocean.

The house was clean and well-located. Our only disappointment was that the windows were so dirty/permanently fogged over that we couldn't enjoy the view of the ocean.

From the start I should have known there was an issue when they double booked me and gave uys Elev instead. Old unit, glass house, with few opening windows. Basic ammenities like paper plates, foil, saran wrap, sugar, coffee were not available. Thank good ness I brought my own coffee. Dated home, running toilet down stairs, shower door that didn't close all the way, holey sheets, ink stain sheets, dirty dishes in the cupboard to name a few. Very uncomforatable seating in the living room (at max 12" off the floor.

View was nice but windows were not clean and we couldn't keep the windows open because of the heat in the glass house. Would suggest that you let people know that in summer months you should bring a fan. Easily a 20ºF differece between upstairs and downstairs and outside.

Location was good and thank goodness there was a service elevator since the kitchen was on the 3rd floor.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Location is good, close to the beach and Cambria downtown. It can get pretty windy though. House was in reasonable condition, but it could benefit from a fresh paint/carpet/furniture

We had a great time experiencing the views from the house and the easy access to the beach for sunsets! We also enjoyed wine tasting during the day and enjoying a glass of Paso Wine while watching the waves crash on the beach.

A family member had a difficult time going up and down the stairs because the elevator was broken on our arrival. The Breen manager offered to move us to a different home but we loved being so close to the ocean and we loved the "Elevation" home that we decided not to move. "Elevation" is a very modern home with a beautiful location. We enjoyed the location and the many walks in this very quiet community. We will be back and we will use the Breen Vacation Station for our next stay in Cambria.

Great quiet location. Easy access to town and activities. Unable to use garage, garage door needed adjustment. Unit was nicely equipped.

Overall it was a very delightful and relaxing stay. The kids loved the sounds of the ocean and the beautiful view from the third floor.

Really great home for being a bit of an older home. Nice view of the beach.

Nice location & layout. Elevator comes in handy when carrying groceries to the kitchen located on the 3rd floor. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Kitchen could be stocked a bit better. No paper napkins or spare paper towels available. One bedroom was flooded due to the washer being broken before we got there, couldn't use the washer and could barely use the room. Living room couches were a bit stained, makes it look dirty. Cable TV and wifi not working due to bill not being paid. No hand towels in one of the bathrooms. Nice view from living room, would be even better if windows were clean. Trash bins were already full when we arrived, had to leave trash in garage.

We love this house; we've stayed here four times (so far). The view is fabulous, and the location is within walking distance of both Fiscalini Ranch and the West Village (I would say easy walking distance but not everyone loves to walk as much as we do). We've been so impressed by the responsiveness of Breen's staff to any problem. Four years ago the house was a little shabby and unloved; the owners have made many improvements since then.

Perfect view, great location, lovely town. We'd stay again, but only if the windows and decks were clean and certain other maintenance issues were resolved. The house also would benefit from a basic staging to spiff up the bedding, replace the worn and less than comfy living room sofa, and hang a few well placed pictures. Oh, we loved the elevator!!

It was perfect. Exceptional ocean view. The home was warm cozy, we enjoyed the fireplace, the third floor offers an amazing view of the ocean which was the perfect place for our meditation practice. Fell in love with the home and where it is nestled. Sheer delight.

This is the third time we've rented this house. It's comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the view is incredible. We always wish we could stay longer. Breen's staff is wonderful to work with. We really appreciated the upgraded appliances this year.

Excellent view and very clean. Need a new TV remote since buttons cannot be read, a cable guide, and an updated TV (it's close to an antique and it's bowl season). New kitchen sink stopper would also be nice. All in all a very pleasant stay!
