Moonstone Retreat - #MSB3

Our moonstone retreat was the perfect location as we watched epic sunsets for 30 days. Occasionally we were treated to dolphins breaching as they fished for their bounty. The home was well appointed, clean and maintained. Haleigh and Jackie, The staff at Breen, were Attentive to our every need. We anxiously awaiting our return next year.

Fabulous rental. Worked out very well for my husband and I, our nephew and his wife, and my mother-in-law. Very well appointed home. We fixed breakfast here but ate our other meals in town. Great location! Could hear the waves crashing on the shore. Would definitely rent this home again.

This home was nicely appointed, perfect location, and comfy home. Only complaint which was really minor was the lower rack in the dishwasher was missing wheels. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

This is a beautiful, modern house in an ideal oceanfront location. Amazing views, wonderful listening to the waves even with the windows closed. The house has been thoughtfully designed and has great amenities including heated bathroom floors. The house was clean (and my spouse is a cleanliness nut). The property manager managed our stay well. We hope to stay again.

What a great location to celebrate two family birthdays. Our relatives from Texas loved the beach front location and the walking path along the ocean. Nearby restaurants made it easy for lunch and dinner (didn’t even need a car!) This location and the condition of the property are tough to beat.

Tasteful decor-not cluttered, in fact, I did some online research on several of the decor-pillows, lights, outdoor dining chairs, etc. So much room to spread out for our party of 6. Beautiful location that was accompanied by fantastic sunsets through the windows!

Waking up to beautiful ocean views, walking on boardwalk, driving to downtown shops, great restaurants...list goes on and on. Perfect place to stay. Easy check in and check out, communication was great with Breen vacation (Hayleigh was amazing), definitely recommend to others.

We rented this for my wife's 50th bday and I couldn't be happier. The house was well-appointed with modern furniture; the master bedroom was a dream with the comfiest mattress and pillows; the amenities were so lush that we ended up buying the lotions and soaps afterwards. The view was indeed incredible and we made good use of the kitchen and washer/dryer so much so that we felt we actually lived there. We are definitely going to book this rental again!

This was our second time renting this home and it was just as perfect as the first time. The home is comfortable, clean and very well appointed. The views are nothing short of amazing! We will definitely return.

This home is very clean, well appointed and is bright, airy and spacious. It was nice to have a very clean and large garage. The blinds in the Master Bedroom still need replacing as they are very difficult to get up and down and the slider in the family room doesn't lock. An excellent kitchen, but I'd suggest to bring a thermometer for the oven as I think it is a little off. Overall, the place exceeded my expectations and was one of the best vacation rental experiences I've ever had. Fantastic views!!

This home has everything. I stayed here about 10 years ago and then 5 years ago and must admit that everything is in very good shape. I mentioned to the Breen people that the blinds in the Master Bedroom need replacing. An excellent kitchen. You can cook anything and everything there and we did. The view can't be beat and it is right on the path for long hikes. Terrific!

This house is more than what you see in the pictures!! Great view, awesome amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only downfall was the strange neighbor in the house across the street who made our coming and going uncomfortable, but his house was up for sale so hopefully he won’t be there much longer. I would definitely stay in this home again despite the strange neighbor. A+++++++++ for this house!!

This house sits right ion the coast across from Moonstone Beach. Great house with lots of amenities. Sitting in the living room having cocktails and watching the sunset and whales going by is amazing.

Beautiful home, perfect location. Hubby and I began renting this house when managed by a different group 15 years ago. Much preferred the past group. The house itself is beautiful. This Management company has let slide all the little things that one expects to be taken care of when spending over $600.00 a night. I personally called the Breen office manager upon our return her attitude was "it's a rental". Hard to watch a lovely property have the little details ignored.

The home is magnificent. Our friends cancelled, so we bought the entire $550 a night. Still worth it. The town was like a ghost town. No open restaurants. But Cambria is still my heaven.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The home is spacious, clean & comfortable plus the views of the ocean are amazing!! We could easily get used to waking up with that view every day. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked and super clean. We definitely hope to return.

It was a delightful stay and all that we had hoped for.
Other than a few lightbulbs burned out(over the stove) master bedroom nightstand and guest bath vanity) it was perfect.

It was the perfect antidote to the year of Covid. We were able to feel safe with my parents and enjoy fabulous views and food. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and the space is lovely. Wifi was great. Would absolutely come again! One note - the “owner” has different requirements for payment than VRBO so we aware full payment is due 60 as opposed to 30 days prior to stay.

This was a delightful property. The view is amazing. We all agreed we would rent this one again. There were plenty of towels and soap, which can sometimes be a problem. The kitchen was well equipped with both cooking and cleaning equipment.

The house is beautiful along with the view. The only complaint is the two back bedrooms didn't have wifi or cell signal and no TV's.

A wifi booster would make everyone happier.

We love this warm, oceanfront, upscale home. We have stayed in it before and know the family that owns it. It is kept immaculate and clean, well furnished, and remodeled as needed.
We celebrated thanksgiving and my wife’s bday with our family. Everything was excellent and memorable . Lots of walking on boardwalks, and reading by the fire! We went to lunch one day at Niner Winery besides other great local restaurants.

We met up with friends here from Northern California whom we hadn't seen in 2 years.
This was not their first time in Cambria for sure but first time renting a house. This was a beautiful rental property, but more than a rental house, this felt like a home. Every comfort was afforded while having views that were absolutely incredible. We are frequent travelers to Cambria, and have stayed in several other rental houses, but this by far was the most beautiful. When we were packing to go home, we all looked at each other and said, "HERE.....once a year". Though the price would be prohibitive for us staying on our own, so would its size. The property along with being well appointed is huge which makes staying with others a joy. Always a place where you can get away from the chatter and be alone and have a view for a quiet moment, but plenty of gathering spots for enjoying each others company.

We stay at this home every 4th of July -- we have done that for nearly a decade. The location is outstanding and the accommodations are the same. You can one all the windows and enjoy the sound of the tide all evening. The sunset views are unmatched anywhere in Cambria. I would recommend this to friends without hesitation. Enjoy!

When was easy to deal with at all commitments were followed through. The house was clean and well stocked. The couches however need cleaning.

Only two issues--could not get tv in den to work, we have had issues in the past but didn't need it anyway. The garage door opener is very strange--needs to be held down to close and doesn't always work that way either. This is just FYI. It was great to be back in the house.

This house was beautiful, and in the absolute best location! Best views, and the house is immaculate. Well Stocked, and very comfortable. Moonstone Beach is literally 10 steps from your door, and very close to Cambria. I highly recommend this house. Breen Vacation Station is easy to work with, and a complimentary bottle of win upon check in! Great service, and very kind people.

Love this house! It has beautiful views, you wakeup to the sound of the ocean and look out your bedroom window to dolphins playing. This house is beautifully furnished and has everything you could want for a great and relaxing vacation.

Everything was fine. Just few items that I like to bring to your attention. 1) The tub drain in the rear bathroom runs slow. 2) The toilet in the same bathroom is lose and rocks. 3) Many light bulbs are out, for example dining room, rear bedroom, outside, kitchen.
