My husband & I have been vacationing in Cambria for over thirty years. We loved the location of this property and appreciated and liked the recent apparent upgrades. The decor was very nice, and loved both the decks. We loved the location, could hear the surf at night, and the view was amazing. We could walk about a block to the Fiscalini Ranch trail, which is one of our favorite things to do while in Cambria. The property was very clean and bright and open-really liked the use of skylights throughout. We have already booked our next vacation trip in January here! We will definitely be returning.

I've stayed at several Breen vacation homes and this is by far the most beautifully furnished. It is just gorgeous, while being quite comfortable. It is just steps from the ocean, and easy access to the hiking trails. It is a great location and a great rental and I highly recommend it.

Great house with great views from both decks. Beds are comfortable and it was really nice having two living rooms to spread out in. I would definitely book this home again.

Very quiet area, fantastic location. Steps from a preserve along the pacific for a relaxing walk. Very nice home, well equipped. Garage was too small to fit our minivan so we parked in the driveway.

The home was clean and had nice furnishings. A very pleasant stay. two bedrooms on different floors giving us much privacy. Each floor had their own living room with a fireplace. Kitchen was fully stocked. It was a block from the ocean and Fiscalini Ranch. The only negatives were the screen doors were old and was stuck in the tracks making it difficult to open and close. The other was the bathrooms were only half remodeled. The shower doors would swing in if you weren't careful sliding them open, The sink and vanity were new. If these things were corrected, it would be a 5 star stay.

Delightful little house in a lovely area with a spectacular view. The kitchen is fully equipped and the furniture is very comfy. There were deer and quail and herons in the neighborhood pretty much every day, yay which was so much fun.

We always love staying in Cambria. The house we stayed in was a little dated and the king size bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, but overall the house was cozy and comfy. There was dust and a few cobwebs but overall the house felt clean. Kitchen was very user friendly, we cooked lots of good meals there from our farmer's market purchases. To be noted, the entrance to the house is on an incline and unlevel as well. It was a bit difficult to maneuver and actually caused a fall, but no injuries. The garage parking is very tight, barely room to get out of your car. These are just things to be mindful of, we would stay there again.

This is our second stay here and we love the proximity to the park and the views are great. The cable TV did not work downstairs and there was not a DVD player - did not try upstairs. Couch downstairs was dirty and tired and the place is generally dated but the location brings us back

We had a wonderful time in this home. Everything we needed was at hand. Enjoyed many take out meal there and some home cooking in a well stocked kitchen.

First of all the views are spectacular for this home. The upstairs living space has spectacular views. This house reminds me of my grandmas house in the 70’s. One big issue we had when we checked in how to turn on the fireplace. We read thru all the printed materials and nothing addressed the fireplace. Finally we decided to use one of the clickers we found only for it to have no batteries. We took batteries from another clicker and bingo it worked. Really should be addressed in house information. The beds are comfortable and the house met all our needs.

We enjoyed our visit, but not because of the accomodations--except for the view. The first night we could not use the DVD player (I had called about that as we were going to have movie nights), the fire place was malfunctioning, the sliding door was off the track and, by the second night the toilet was not working and had to be replaced. The staff (Carmen, Taylor and Jackie) were terrific and tried to get us help as quickly as possible, but the manager did not make any contact with us regarding a partial refund or to get permission for the repairs. She may have had personal problems, but that could have been communicated to us as I called numerous times. We love Cambria and have been coming up for over 20 years. We ate at Linns, Robins, the Moonstone Beach Cafe, shopped a lot and, always enjoy shopping at the Cookie Crock. The town felt safe, folks wore masks and socially distanced. We really enjoyed ourselves, but would not recommend this house.

We so enjoyed our stay at Beach Therapy. The location is perfect. It is just a quick two block walk to the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve where you can find many beautiful leashed dog friendly trails. The scenery was amazing. We also enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and everyone is so friendly. It is a very dog friendly neighborhood. There are hills so you will get a good work out on your walks. The house had everything we needed. As other reviewers have noted it is a little dated but I like to think of it as staying at your grandma's house full of lots of interesting books and knick knacks. We enjoyed the upper deck everyday either for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. It was a great place to stay to get away and enjoy all the beauty Cambria has to offer.

Our family of four had a very nice stay at Beach Therapy this past week! The property sits very close to the beach, as well as to the trails at Fiscalini Preserve. The home has everything we needed - well stocked kitchen cabinets, linens, games, books, etc. We loved being able to have our older dog with us, too! The house was in good shape and very clean!! The sleeper sofa is not very comfortable at all - that is the only downside. We would definitely stay here again! Great location and great home!

The strengths of this home are how close to the preserve and tide pools it is (without any any hills for walking if for anyone with ambulatory concerns). Home was clean with nice views of the ocean for great sunset gazing. Master bedroom is upstairs (with king bed) and queen sized bedroom is downstairs which makes for a lot of privacy.. Personally we didn't get a lot of use out of living room upstairs (except for watching sunset) But it made the property feel more spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and downstairs living room was very cozy with gas fireplace. No cons really. But things to note, upstairs master bedroom has a large skylight filling space with light at dawn which made it very hard to sleep in. Both bathroom showers could use a bit of an upgrade. But on balance these things were far outweighed by how comfortable and convenient this home is. Thanks Breen for another wonderful vacation in Cambria

Many positive things to say: great location. Loved the upstairs deck with expansive ocean view. However, for a pet-friendly rental, needs to have laminate, or similar that you can disinfect in the living areas.

The Beach Therapy house was great. The house had everything we needed with easy access to the trails. Some confusion at check in. Thought the location of the lock box was at the house, but then realized it was at the rental office.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this rental, other than the gloomy weather and rain in March. We had hoped for an escape from the cold and snowy winter in CO! The location being so close to the preserve was a big draw for us! We eat in so the well equipped kitchen was greatly appreciated! The property is a bit dated, but clean and a perfect lay-out for us and our two sons.

We had a very restful and comfortable stay in this well laid out two story house. All conveniences worked well and the location near the beach and trail are terrific. We would stay again.

Beach Therapy is a perfect little house for a long weekend getaway. While the furnishings are a little outdated, the house is quite charming and perfectly located across from the water. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Ideal property for a quiet few days break, one block back from a small tidal pool beach and just along from the trails of the fiscalini park reserve with its wildlife (good place to watch sea otters from) and flora.
Breen vacation station were really helpful when we needed to book somewhere at short notice and gave us lots of good advice about where to eat. Easy drive into the main part of Cambria.
The property has two living areas each with an outside porch/balcony so there is plenty of living space. It is comfortably furnished with a well-equipped kitchen.
Agency and property recommended.

Had a really wonderful experience. Felt like a second home. Fully stocked. Extra blankets/towels/sheets. Very cozy. Staff was very responsive. Neighbors were very friendly. Super close to the Fiscalini ranch. Close to water with great views and could hear the waves crashing. Great area!
