We’ve been visiting Cambria for over ten years and no other rental has paid so much attention to detail. The house was clean, with comfortable beds, and was well-stocked with all of the kitchen necessary appliances and kitchen utensils anyone would need. The view of the ocean was stunning and we appreciated the ping-pong table in the garage, as well as the outside fireplace for roasting marshmallows. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Let me first say that Breen Vacation Rental was excellent in every way. Their communication was timely, accurate and so very helpful! Thank you Haley! This property is absolutely stunning With so many wonderful windows to enjoy the ocean views! There were two bedrooms, the master having a private deck to enjoy the ocean. The second bedroom has a jack and jill entrance so there is privacy for the second bedroom. The kitchen is a cook's joy, with everything a cook might need! The home has a deck with table and chairs, in addition to a fire pit with a bench, and tiered below that are two chairs from which to enjoy the ocean, sunrise and sunset. We had a fabulous time and appreciated every amenity this property had to offer. We would stay here again!! Thank you so much!

My wife and I headed to Cambria for our 27th wedding anniversary. The Sea Breeze was an outstanding location for our celebratory getaway. The house was beautifully appointed with so many thoughtful touches added with the guests in mind. We used to own a vacation rental around the corner on Cambridge, and the Sea Breeze owners run their vacation rental much like we did - with a few extra things I wish we'd thought of.

The Park Hill location is close enough to walk into town to explore the shops or get some food. It's also an easy walk down the hill to Shamel Park and the beach.

The kitchen was super clean, bright and open, and had everything we needed if we wanted to make meals at home. The bedroom was very comfortable and the main bathroom shower had great water pressure.

We highly recommend the Sea Breeze and would happily stay here again!

This is a fantastic rental. The place itself is very comfortable, updated, and had everything we needed for the weekend.including a ping pong table, that the kids loved. But the highlight of this place has to be the view! Weather it’s from the living room, deck or fire pit the view of the ocean is fantastic.

This place is great for two couples especially. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is beautifully updated, the outdoor deck and seating area as well as the fire pit are very special amenities. We’ve stayed there many times but only twice with the newer owner and we love the views.

We've rented a number of houses in Cambria over the years, and this one is by far our favorite and will rent again! It was clean, spacious, open and inviting. The upgrades, based on their renovation book, were great. Lots of windows to get some great views. The nightly sunsets were beautiful. Well-stocked kitchen with anything we might need. Comfy beds. We had a great time in Cambria and enjoyed our stay.

The ocean views were terrific and visible from multiple places in the house and on the deck and grounds. Quiet neighborhood where we could hear the ocean waves breaking. We really had a great, relaxing stay.

We've vacationed in Cambria for years, staying either in vacation rentals or Moonstone Beach motels. The Sea Breeze vacation rental was definitely the best experience we have had. A beautiful home in a top location. Short walk to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. The best equipped kitchen we've ever had in a vacation rental. Beds were super comfy. A light and airy home - wonderful.

We loved our stay at Sea Breeze in Cambria. The house was perfect. It was clean, well organized, comfortable and had beautiful ocean views from almost every window. Both king size beds were comfortable and had good pillows, sheets and towels. Nothing was lacking. Great care has been taken with this home and pride of ownership was evident. There are many outside decks and sitting areas plus the fire pit which was enjoyable with a glass of wine. Loved each sunset of our week long stay. Everything described about this home was accurate and working with Breen Vacation Station was excellent. Will rent from them again.

We love Moonstone Bar and Grill and the fish tacos are the best we have ever had. The farmers market on Friday afternoons is lovely...flowers, sea food, homemade soups, breads, vegetables and fruits, and Lynn’s BBQ shouldn’t be missed.

I don't even know where to begin. We have rented many houses from VRBO and while this was our 1st time using Breen Vacation Station I was a little worried, I hate to try something new. My Husband and I loved the staff and their patience with our questions. The house was super clean, and very cozy. They had a washer and a dryer and even provided laundry detergent. You can tell that the Owners take pride in their property. The view was so beautiful, we never wanted to leave. The price was a tad bit steep for the size of the home but we didn't really mind once we saw the condition of the house. Thank you for a GREAT experience!

We loved the house and location at Sea Breeze. This was perfect for two couples with plenty of room to spread out. The views from the huge windows were beautiful and the master bedroom view of the ocean was a special treat to wake up to in the morning. The other master does not have a view but you can still hear the waves if you crack the window. We used the bikes to get around the area and to the downtown area. You need to be in pretty good shape to bike around here as the hills are steep. We went on different hikes everyday. The beauty of the surrounding area is breathtaking. We looked forward to sunset cocktails from the various sitting areas outside the house and cooked our meals in the well stocked kitchen. We would recommend this house for your Cambria stay.

Third trip to Cambria; have stayed at a different place each time. This is finally a property I'll want to rent again! It was comfortable, quiet and close to everything.

We had a wonderful time during our weekend in Cambria! This home was a great place to stay. We had such a wonderful time sitting on the deck with our morning coffee, and relaxing around the fire with some wine, while we watched the sunset and listened to the waves. Our only regret the weekend was that we only booked for two nights. We look forward to visiting again in the future, when we will hopefully be able to stay longer!

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Breeze Home in Cambria. Upon arrival the home was just what was described and more. Very clean and well taken care of. It had all the comforts of home. The Breen office in town was easy to check in and easy to check out. It was all printed out for us to follow easy directions. That was greatly appreciated. Our only complaint was we couldn't stay longer. Thanks for the lovely home. We will look for this Jem again and again!

Our vacation at the Sea Breeze was amazing. The accommodations were perfect! The house is very centrally located to everything....the town, San Simeon, The elephant seals, Paso Robles, etc. The house is very comfortable, modern, and classy. We loved our stay at the Sea Breeze and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a GREAT vacation.

Very clean corner multi-level home with an ocean view from the kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom. Spacious remodeled kitchen with new appliances and roomy island to prepare meals. Pack lightly. Be prepared to walk up stairs from the garage with luggage and groceries. From the entryway/living room, step up into the dining room and kitchen, and walk up stairs to master bedroom with bathroom to the left, guest bathroom at the top of the stairs, and guest bedroom to the right. Because the property is not enclosed or private, especially the front deck, window coverings on the sliding glass doors as well as rear kitchen door would be a nice security touch. Love the large refrigerator and pantry with auto-light. Start laundry before you go on long walks to the nearby beach or parks as the appliances are a bit noisy. Two large comfy recliners are great for lounging, listening to an audiobook, or reading a book.

We take a trip with our friends from Cleveland every year. We wanted to explore the Central Coast, go wine tasting, travel the area, etc., and this house was the perfect spot to base our fun from. The setup with two master suites is perfect, and the kitchen was amazing! We enjoyed preparing meals, and it was a great space to hang out, have snacks and drink wine. Waking up to the ocean view every morning was perfect, and the sound of the waves crashing could be heard quietly all the time, which made it even more relaxing. We truly enjoyed out time there and would not hesitate to recommend it, or rent it again.

We were very pleased with our three-night stay at Sea Breeze. We met our son and his friend for his 30th birthday celebration. The house was spacious, had very comfortable furniture, provided lovely views, provided several outdoor seating areas, and was within walking distance of the ranch preserve. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked. Finally,the location was ideal for both sightseeing and dining.

Sea Breeze is one of the best homes I have rented in Cambria. It is well-equipped and the owners have everything organized, including how to deal with all the remotes (Whew!). The new kitchen is wonderful, the view is great and the two master suites are perfect.

We will definitely stay here again. My husband and I with another couple stayed here 3 nights and not one of us wanted to leave. It is a beautiful home. The kitchen is amazing as well as the ocean view. We stayed at another rental in Cambria a few years back that boasted an ocean view (with pictures) that was not accurate. The pictures you see are exactly what you get. We went to Moonstone Beach and did some beachcombing and went gift shopping in town at "Best Kept Secret". It is a fabulous store, reasonably priced and has something for everyone. We decided to go into Paso Robles and do some wine tasting and antiquing, however it is not necessary to leave this quaint lovely town. There is plenty to do right here. We want to make this a yearly trip with our friends and will stay HERE again. However, we must stay longer. I almost forgot, the firepit was great, we poured a glass of wine and watched the ocean waves . There is also a walking path thru the nature preserve down the street that we enjoyed. I wish I could attach our pictures. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this property.

This place is a great value for those who don't need to be right on the water, or a second rental for large families that might need more room.

The house is setup well for two couples (since it has two masters with bath and king sized beds), or for a young family if the kids can share one of the king sized beds. White water views from every room except one of the masters, and because the house is on the hill facing the ocean, you can hear it well too.

Everything is clean and/or new condition; such as two adult-sized bikes/helmets in the garage, plus beach towels/chairs etc.

For those with an electric car, there is a NEMA 10-30 plug in the garage. We didn't use it and I I don't know if the owner's will allow it, but I would have drove our Tesla, and brought our charging adapter if I had known, and gotten approval. The NEMA 10-30 is the old style electric cloths dryer outlet.

This home was the perfect relaxing escape from the triple digit heat in Fresno! Our favorite part about the house was the beautiful view of the ocean! The updated kitchen is gorgeous, and the home is well stocked with everything you need. There are also many beach amenities available to use such as beach towels, tote, chairs, and sand toys for the kids. The instructions were very helpful, the barbecue was easy to use, the bench outside was very comfortable, and the fire table was amazing (we used it every night). It's also in a great location, close to Moonstone Beach, Fiscalini Ranch Reserve, and downtown Cambria, just to name a few of our favorites. Our family loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back! Thank you for sharing the Sea Breeze with us!

This house was beautiful. There is an ocean view from almost every room. The kitchen was modern and had all the equipment you could possibly need. At night you could hear the waves crashing. Easy walking distance to the Fiscalini Ranch, Moonstone or town. Perfect size for 2 couples.

Cambria is our special town for a short escape. First time renting Sea Breeze and we were so pleased we did. The house was clean, beds very comfortable and Kitchen had everything we needed. One of the best rental houses we have stayed in.
