This peaceful and incredible oceanfront property is outstanding in every way, whether relaxing on the flag patio watching the waves or hiking Fiscalini Ranch Preserve just a few steps up the way. And I don't think we've ever stayed in a cleaner or better appointed STR. Property management so nice and responsive! Thank you for a memorable stay.

The sounds of the ocean, the views of both the ocean as well as the animals (Birds, Otters, Seals, Whales) and the amazing outdoor space make our vacation everything we want it to be--RELAXING!

Sea Spray is spectacular in every way. Fabulous oceanfront location with an incredible outdoor living space to enjoy the ocean, breezes, whales, otter and a sunset cocktail while you sit around the firepit.

The house is so beautifully designed with open spaces, ocean views and comfort in mind. It has a well equipped kitchen, large table that seats everyone, comfortable couches and sitting areas. Three of the four bedrooms have private oceanfront decks. The beds and pillows are comfortable and have very nice linens. The bathrooms are just beautiful with ample space for your things. One shower even has an oceanfront window.

The property has been well kept up and clean every time we have rented it. Breen Vacation Station has always been easy to work with and very accommodating with early check in and later check out when available as well as answering any questions we have had quickly.

Cambria is filled with oceanfront boardwalks, trails, restaurants, unique shops, wine tasting. Our must stop every visit is Moonstone Beach Bar and Grill and their fish tacos! Wow!

Cambria...Breen Vacation Station...Sea Spray...all highly recommended!

Sea Spry was great and this was our 2nd visit in 2023. First visit was in August of 2023 and we enjoyed Cambria, CA and this ocean front home/Sea Spray so much we returned in November 2023. Property managment/Breen Vacation Station was hospitable & gracious. We'll be back again in 2024!

This was our third time renting this home. It is always a great experience. Thank you to the owners for letting us share their paradise. It truly is an amazing property. The customer service was also excellent. My only suggestion would be to have a carpet runner in the living room out to the patio area to help save the carpet. We will be back I'm sure. Thanks again!

Stayed here many times & loved it. But had issues with TV this time. Apple TV installed as new streaming by owners, but Breen had not updated anything nor notified us. Day 1, no TV. Jackie very helpful on Day 2. But, later called on Day 3 & came to office - no one. Left Vmails, no response. We had no TV for Day 2& 3. At these prices, its not unreasonable to expect TVs to work AND UPDATED instructions. We only had 1 after Jackie fixed it for us and your office was unreachable after that. We love the property, clean, gorgeous, etc. But, lightbulbs were out in hallway & master bathroom. Unsure how I feel about recommending at this point, since I have never gotten response to voicemails I left.

This house is unbelievable! Everything about it is
there for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking you might want to do. Outside is perfect for sitting or there is the hot tub for you to enjoy.

We’ve stayed at this property many times and will continue to return. The location cannot be beaten. They have done an excellent job on the backyard to take full advantage of the ocean view. The floor plan is very conducive for family events and the addition of the 4th bedroom is ideal.

Beautiful views, great walking paths with wildlife everywhere. the home is very spacious and comfortable. The property is very well maintained. We took a 45 min drive to see "The Light Fields of Sensorio". A bit pricey, but well worth the experience to see it one time. A few nice restaurants in Cambria, but this home makes you want to stay put, and make your own meals and eat with the Pacific as your backdrop. Great home.

Beautiful home located steps from the ocean. 8 of us stayed in April for 4 nights - the second time in this home and the 7th time booking with Breen Vacation Station. I hate to tell people how wonderful this home is because it just makes it more difficult for us to rent again as it's always booked! Very well maintained and very relaxing.

Very easy to check in and out, helpful and always called back quickly if there were any questions. The only negative was maintenance issues, like burned out lights and saggy mattresses in some bedrooms and common areas.

The house is very well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals there for 4 couples. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful it was to sit on patio or by fire pit and relax while watching the sea critters pop up. It is in a location where you can easily go wine tasting, visit the cute shops in Cambria, trip to Hearst Castle or walk the trails and although we did some of that we hesitated to even leave the house as it is that special. Be sure to bring binoculars for ocean viewings. Would not hesitate to come back. Full disclosure - they could stand to upgrade their pillows but a small concession for how perfect everything else was. Highly recommend!!

This house far exceeded expectations. The view was even more spectacular than the pictures can capture. The house is nestled in a little cove so the backyard is private. Inside, there is plenty of room for a large family to spread out and almost every room has a view. The kitchen is well appointed, with even a pastry blender to make a perfect pie crust. All of the upstairs bathrooms have a heated floor, which I have never experienced before but is now one of my favorite things. Wonderful house, I would highly recommend.

Beautiful home for our 2nd time visiting. We had some issues with maintenance, dishwasher did not work - water flow in the kitchen and one of the upstairs shower - per the management they were waiting for a part and were alerted of the issues. Otherwise a great place to stay.

The view is priceless and the comfort and amenities of the house are flawless. There is not one detail left uncovered. We did not want to leave and hope to be back again one day.

This oceanfront home had everything inside and outside to make our stay perfect. The home is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. The kitchen is fully equipped. Three of the four upstairs bedrooms face the ocean and have decks to walk out on and enjoy the view. The beds are comfortable with very nice bedding. We came over with a group of friends and we didn’t want to leave. We enjoyed cooking together, sitting on the back patio watching the waves crash, the fire pit in the evenings, walking on the nearby trails, and enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine. It was perfect! Our group felt very fortunate to have been able to stay in this home and we hope to return.

Cambria never disappoints. We loved shopping downtown, having fish tacos at Moonstone Grill, wine tasting at Hearst Ranch Winery and stopping to watch the elephant seals. We have rented several times from Breen Vacation Station and found them professional, friendly and easy to work with. I always check what they have available first.

It is a privilege to spend our favorite week of the year in Sea Spray.
This house a gem - no other like it.
I am reluctant to even rave about it as I would like - its the best kept secret in California.
Just don't ever think you will get it for Thanksgiving!!!

This was our 20th year of a 4 day girls trip and we always rent fabulous homes....this is definitely one of our favorites! Stunning views, great location, wonderfully appointed and comfortable house that makes the most of the ocean views. We spent lots of time around the fire pit, in the jacuzzi and just staring out at the cove. The reserve is a wonderful place to walk and see even more beautiful vistas. Exceptional house!!!

This home and location are truly spectacular. We enjoyed details that went into the design, including the tranquil color scheme, nature themed wall art & decor; and the structural upgrades including the master bathroom heated floor and the guest shower window view to the ocean. The home was immaculate. We were impressed with the spotlessly clean windows so close to the ocean and after recent winter rain storms (Hwy 1 washed out near Big Sur a few days before we checked in). We enjoyed spectacular sunsets, the two otters that visited each evening at dusk, and the elephant seal we couldn’t see but could hear below the property. And there were the ocean waves that lulled us to sleep every night. We are so very grateful the owners of this property have opened their home to vacationers. We are very thankful for this experience.

Our family had a great time at Sea Spray. The house is comfortable and spacious and the views are breathtaking. Only complaint is that there was quite a bit of deferred maintenance on the house. Small things, but they were a bit of a nuisance. Property management was not as on top of it as we would have hoped. For example, our first night we found a leak under the sink and spoke to two people at the mgmt company about it, and they never followed up or sent anyone out. Still, the location and views made up for it.

This is an outstanding beach house...everything you would expect for a great experience. The house is perfect, the backyard and view are even better. If you have the chance to use this .

Only 2 smaller items to highlight:
1) bring a putter (or even better, ask the owner to have a couple placed in the house). It's a shame we could not use the small putting green in the backyard

2) the bed mattresses can be upgraded. They are not bad but they don't match the quality of the rest of the house

Amazing property. Top notch location and impeccably kept. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Japanese soaking tub in Master. Jacuzzi works great. BBQ could put out more heat. Steep steps lead to private cove. We spent every night at firepit. Short walk to Fiscalini Reserve. Lots of different places to relax on property. Will be back for sure!

This is a fantastic home to spend a family vacation in. Not only is the view spectacular, the home's floor plan is great. There is a view from every room except the bathrooms. The house was very clean and had every amenity I would want. I wish I knew it had Keurig and Nespresso coffee machines before I arrived.

The property was as expected based on the photos. Everything was in working order and fully stocked. We had no issues so no reason to call the management company. My only complaint is that it is time to have the furniture upholstery cleaned. There were some stains from use on the arms of the sofas. Other than that, it was a magical experience.

This was our fourth girls' trip to Cabria, each time staying at the Sea Spray home, which we have come to love. This beach home is beautiful, well maintained, and very comfortable for us. The view is stunning and the atmosphere is calm and relazing. Just perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea Spray. The home is gorgeous, inside and out. You cannot get closer to the ocean unless you actually get in the ocean! We cooked most meals in, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the equipment we needed. The seating arrangements are well designed to take advantage of the gorgeous view from all rooms. Bluetooth speakers were available in the living room. Bedrooms were large and comfortabl. The only thing missing, if I am going to be picky, was a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. We get warm when we sleep and a fan is always helpful. There may have been a portable fan in the garage somewhere but we did not see one in the house to use. We opened up the sliding doors in the bedroom at night to cool the room down, but the glass balcony enclosure does block most of the wind (which is wonderful for sitting outside) so we were still a little warm at night while sleeping. All in all, it was a very tiny issue and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Spray! The location and view is truly amazing. Photos do not do this area justice! The home is well appointed! We all felt very comfortable with the accommodations. There is even a putting green! For those that like to walk there is a trail head to the Fiscalini ranch that is just minutes away, for more amazing views! The staff at Breen Vacation Station were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely contact them again in the future.

We traveled to Cambria to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday and our sister & brother-in-law's 33rd wedding anniversary; so we wanted a place that was special. Sea Spray blew us away! The pics in the listing online that show the backyard were nice, but nothing compared to how BEAUTIFUL it was in person. They have obviously put a lot of thought into the design. The kitchen was awesome and had everything you could need (including a double oven) to cook meals--which is what we did instead of going out since we would not find a better view in any restaurant than here. Mornings we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the patio watching the sea life start their day along with us. The afternoons were spent snacking and enjoying wine while remembering stories of our childhood. Evenings we cooked gourmet meals and enjoyed the sunset while dining outside. Later after the sun had gave way to night, we would have a soak in the hot tub and then gather around the Azur Blue an Aquamarine glow and warmth of the mosaic tile-filled fire pit and again reminisce about our fun-loving times as a family; and hearing my mom tell us what each decade of her life was like and what was special in her life about each one. Then when we were all exhausted from the day, we all enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the ocean crashing on the rocks and shore below. Every corner of the inside of the property that you looked at had a special touch that brought the seaside into the home. We visited the Elephant Seal Rookery; but we also enjoyed hours of watching Sea Otters barrel-rolling through the water, cracking shellfish on rocks on their stomachs; Dolphins jump out of the water and Whales spouting--all from the privacy of our own backyard! It was like a private sea life show just for us. We were sad we had to leave, but happy we found this beauty of a vacation home and had the special opportunity to reconnect and reminisce with family. We’ll be back again!
