Really enjoyed the location of this home directly across from the ranch !! I enjoyed running the trails in the morning and hiking in the afternoon. My mom enjoyed a long walk in late morning along the bluff trail. Perfect!

We stayed here over the Christmas holidays. It was perfect for me and my husband, our dog, and ny son and his wife. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking - we did bring our own spices. The knives were sharp, there is a good assortment of pans and cooking tools.

The layout is really nice. We really enjoyed sitting upstairs with our coffee in the morning and looking out at the beach and the nearby trails.

My dog loved Cambria. We had to put him down in October so it seemed fitting to go back to the place he loved, doing what he loved. The house was perfect. Nice beds, good cookware, and the furniture was comfortable. This is our second stay here. Being literally across the street from the Fiscallini Ranch was great for getting out and meeting all the welcoming Cambrians. Loved seeing a deer cross the street in the early afternoon and watching the Turkey Vultures soar above us as we sat outside. Nice to know there is a house that fits our needs that’s in a quiet area with beautiful views.

This property holds a tender place in my heart. The excellent location, close to the water and the ranch, makes for a peaceful and beautiful experience. I especially appreciate the flat driveway, scenic views and comfortable interior. With two decks upstairs, there was always somewhere comfortable to read or rest. I loved having a morning fire in the fireplace with coffee and a good book. Though it isn't elegant, this home is one of my favorites for sure!

The house was very clean. It really didn’t work for me. The decks & master bedroom are upstairs, and main living area on lower level. I never even used the upstairs. It is also very busy with cars coming, and going because it is right by the entrance to the Ranch. I do know someone who has stayed here often, and likes it.

The property had some ants around the kitchen area. And the kitchen didn't have the usual stuff in terms of food preparation ingredients we have come to expect. For example coffee, spices, etc.

I've rented multiple times from Breen, and have always been very happy with the properties. This property ranks as my FAVORITE rental of them all. Although this isn't the most updated and "elegant" interior of the houses I've rented (bathrooms are esp. dated), the location is incredible. It sits right at the entrance to Fiscalini Reserve, which means walks and hiking are right outside the door. You can hear the ocean always...go to sleep with it and wake up with it. You can see the rocks and watch the waves break from first and second floors. This is the best few in Cambria...looking out over the Fiscalini Reserve for the perfect sunset view. Although the parking lot for the reserve is right across the street, it never feels busy and always feels private. The fog and mist wrap around the house at night...and the whole experience is magical. Beds are comfortable. Couches are comfortable. TV is excellent. Stove is excellent. Slight problem with tiny ants in the kitchen counter, but that is an easy fix. My only wish is that the smaller front balcony had bar height stools so you could easily see over the railing when watching the sunset from there. But standing there with a drink is just fine, listening to the waves until the dusk fades into darkness. Perfection. .

We loved our stay! The house was conveniently located near the trail entrance and the beach. We enjoyed early morning walls and the deer and fawns we encountered every morning and evening. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and we appreciated that we could bring our dog with us.

We absolutely loved our stay at 306 Wedgewood. Home had an amazing view of the ocean, was nicely laid out, and was settled in a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely return.

Good location. The fireplace is the heater, I didn't know this but I have to say,it heats the house really well! I couldn't get the tv or Netflix to work but that could have been me. House was clean but dusty in some areas. Had everything we needed but could use a couple new pans in the kitchen.

Although it rained most of our 6 night stay we enjoyed the proximity to the wildlife preserve and costal tide pools for a quick visit between showers. Cozy home with a fireplace/heater, views of the coast and well stocked kitchen. Pet friendly really means "Dog" friendly...and it seemed like the parade, past the picture windows of dogs and their owners in ugly Christmas sweaters would never stop once the sun broke out. Make sure to save time for breakfast at Linn's.

This home is in a great location-across the street from Fiscalini Preserve. We have a dog and the Preserve is very dog friendly. The house was well stocked with everything you can need and it was spotless upon our arrival. Beds were comfy!

This was our third stay at this Wedgewood residence! Why? Its perfectly situated at 300ft to the entrance to Fiscalini ranch preserve, a 435 or so acre wide open park, with unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and boardwalk trails for exploring. During the day you can sit on one of two balconies and view otters and seals and sometimes whales making their migration run in the Pacific Ocean, at night you can open a window and fall asleep to it. You don't need anything else. The property is accurately described regarding location and amenities, its well maintained and clean. We will rent again this Sept

We stayed at the Wedgewood beach house for 5 nights and it didn’t disappoint. Got into the house early and quickly took advantage of the Fiscalini Ranch. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, the bed was comfy, and we loved the upstairs sitting room. The dog loved laying on the futon with me, watching the waves roll in. We walked the bluff trail twice a day (sometimes 3 times) and encountered such friendly people. Wildlife we saw were deer, birds, otters, seals, dolphins, squirrels, and whales. The staff at Breen were extremely friendly and I’m going to rent this house again next summer. Such an amazing place to relax and unwind.

(sheet issue is resolved). Easy to watch beautiful sunsets from the front balcony while enjoying a glass of local wine. Walked the ranch each morning and afternoon when we weren't out enjoying the town or the elephant seals. Would have liked access to garage door opener - only complaint.

This is our second stay in this home. It’s nothing fancy but who cares as it is in such a beautiful location it’s perfect for our needs.

The home was comfortable for us and our two dogs. Loved loved, loved the location! Our fave place is Fiscalini Ranch and it was right outside our door. Quiet and a great break away!

It was my first time staying at the Wedgewood Beach House, although I have been to Cambria many times before. I thoroughly enjoyed the layout of the house, its location to the Fiscallini Ranch AND ocean access and would definitely rent it again on a future trip.

It was just fine. We love the location so much. You still need to get some sheets on the upstairs bedroom that will stay on the bed. But all in all, it was a great stay. House is great. Everything works well. thanks.

This rental house is in a great location, clean and quiet. It's also ideal for mobility impaired folks because there is a bedroom on the ground floor along with the living room, kitchen and dining area.

the location was beyond perfect--right next to the Fiscilini Preserve where we love to hike. Beautiful ocean view. A very minor problem was that they need to get a better mattress pad and sheets for the bed upstairs. It just wouldn't stay made, but the good outweighs the slightly bad.

Love the upgraded appliances and the location. The agent called and said the unit was available for early check in and we were there about noon. We have already booked this unit for next year.

We were only looking for a clean, warm, dry place to tuck in for the night when we started looking for a beach house to rent. And I was not sure what to expect, as pictures usually don't truly present the real deal. We were very please with the Wedgewood as we could not have made a better choice. We wanted our kids to be able to walk out the front door and walk down the beach when ever they wanted, and with the Wedgewood, they did exactly that. I just a minute or two, they were at waters edge exploring the tide pools, skipping rocks, and walking their puppy. It was so cool to be able to look out the living room and bedroom window and be able to see and hear the surf crashing on the beach.

My wife and I needed a coastal experience to get off the busy work treadmill...this was the perfect spot - steps from the coastal walking trail, clean/well equipped house, dog friendly! Would definitely go back to this home

Just glorious. Lots of things to do and this house being at the entrance of the park allow us to have a daily dog and people show. The stove and dishwasher need an upgrade, but we are still booking this place for next year.

Nice home in a gorgeous location and the folks at Breen are wonderful. The only things are 1) There is only 1 television in the entire home and 2) The beds are small so if you're used to sleeping in a King Bed get ready for that

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The location is great. The house is white inside and out, almost no decorating. Very comfortable couches w/ recliners in the living room. Very small bedrooms. Kitchen was very well stocked.

My wife suffered 2 cuts on her leg from a crack in a plastic Adirondack chair.

We had an excellent time. We have been coming to Cambria for many years and have stayed at many locations. The Wedgewood Beach House was the best we have stayed at thus far.

Everything was great. Just wish the windows were cleaner so we could enjoy the view. Also, no electricity in the bathrooms, but overall a good time was had by all, even the dog. An enclosed yard would have been nice..

It was a small adventure to get to the beach house, but the location was great. Easy access to the beach and hiking trails. The home was slightly outdated, and there were a lot of spiders running around for some reason. But the office did mention that it was indeed a bit outdated, and that there were upgrades planned this summer. The furniture were a bit worn/dirty, so didn't give to the vibe of the place. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear talking in the bedrooms, and the foot traffic is rather close outside in the mornings - but nothing too crazy. Perhaps because it is pet friendly, the carpets have seen better days. The view is partial view, but still great. Overall, if it gets a small update/renovation, I would definitely recommend it.

My family and I had the best time at your Wedgewood house. The house was comfortable, spacious and gave us everything we could have possibly needed for my Mom's birthday celebration. It couldn't have been more perfect! Perfect house, perfect location, perfect vacation!

Enjoyed our stay in Cambria. The home was situated near the ocean but shoreline is bluffs or rocky tide pool areas. The Fiscalini Ranch is 1 block away which provided a nice view of the ocean. It has nice trails which is great to do in the morning or at sunset.
The home itself was comfortable. The kitchen had all the needed supplies. The living room is kind of small and the couch would have been nice to have a tv either upstairs or in one of the bedrooms besides the one in the living room.
Overall it was an ok home to stay in. Would have been better had it only been for 2 or 3 days. 5 days got to be a long time to try and find things to do in the area.

The views of the ocean and the ranch are gorgeous. Be ready to relax.

What a great location and views. We were very pleasantly surprised. Being right next to Fiscalini Ranch was wonderful - great hiking and dog friendly too! At night it was very quiet except for the sounds of the waves. We would definitely. Stay here again!

Excepting a little glitch with the thermostat/fireplace at the beginning of our stay, everything went according to plan. The house was welcoming and we loved the sunset view from the balcony. We would rent this house again without hesitation.
